The Potsdam Pride Trans Healthcare Fund pilot program launched in 2025 to cover office visits and labs for GAHT patients at the Canton Planned Parenthood clinic. Applications and fund donations are closed, and we are currently looking for new ways to support trans healthcare in the North Country. Look for more information in 2026.
